Description

Designed for covert surveillance, the FA1080-E Outdoor Thermal Sensor Unit from Axis Communications works in conjunction with the FA54 Modular Main Unit (available separately) to provide 24/7 thermal detection. The FA1080-E uses an uncooled microbolometer and a 4mm fixed lens to capture 208 x 156 thermal resolution at 8.3 fps. Compatibility with the AXIS Camera Application Platform enables the use of analytics to detect people, vehicles, and objects in all lighting conditions or attempts of camouflage.

An included mounting bracket and the sensor's 39' cable enables flexible installation options. The sensor unit is IP67 rated for safe outdoor use.
